With 28 years of experience in the world of consulting, I have many years of practice in solving tasks that are concentrated around sales and I have helped several companies increase their sales by more than 20%. In 2020 I obtained a GROW2 certification in coaching, which has been accredited by the Internation Coaching Federation. This means, that I am able to progressively develop the individual employee, through one-on-one coaching, on managerial and operational level, both locally and globally. It also means, that I have a rare talent for understanding goals, aims and development needs from both a short-term and a long-term perspective.
Within the world of consulting, I have furthermore acquired skills and expertise in leadership, customer service, sales development, Business Games, teaching, communication, negotiation and recruitment. After 8 years as a senior consultant, I decided to set up my own business, which means that I also possess in-depth experience with start-up and organisation of new businesses, management, sales concepts, conflict management, personal clout, team development and the development of products, such as loyalty measurement models.
